This will be the last match for both teams as the caravan moves to Hyderabad. Dabang Delhi and Gujarat Fortune Giants have been the only teams who have given a tough fight to the Puneri Paltan who are the table toppers. Former champions are going through a mid-life crisis as they have to continue the journey without their captain Naveen Kumar. Dabang was placed 6th in the points table after playing 8 matches. But they have recovered in time to enter the top 3 after playing 12 matches. Stand-in Captain Ashu Malik has marshaled his troops with a lot of attitude.

Dabang Delhi beat arch-rivals UP Yodha a couple of weeks back. Ashu Malik scored a Super 10 while left corner Ashish scored a Hi 5. Gujarat Giants Preview

The Gujarat Giants have been one of the most vibrant teams of season 10. They may not have superstar raiders but they win matches regularly. Their young brigade of defenders have worked efficiently under legend Fazel Attrachali to produce some surprising results. They are in the top 5 of the points table after playing 12 matches. The Giants had a lean phase last month as they lost consecutive matches. But they followed it up with a hat-trick of victories, viz UP Yodha, Tamil Thalaiva and the Bengal Warriors. Adaptability has been the key to their success. They introduced young raider Sonu in the first few matches. He ended executing 4 Super raids in 4 games. With him being decoded, Gujarat got raider Rakesh to continue the earnings. But it was raider Prateek Dahiya who brewed a whirlpool in the last match as he earned 25 points against the Bengal Warriors. With his hurricane raiding, Gujarat inflicted 2 all-outs by half time to earn 28 points. It was the one-man army Prateek who celebrated the arrival of the new-year by marauding the Bengal Warriors. 

But they have had their breakdowns in the last 5 matches. Gujarat has lost 2 out of their last 5 matches. They looked completely amateur against the Puneri Paltan who blasted them by margin of 20 points. It was a total loss of appetite for the Giants as their raiders as well as their defenders failed. Sombir was the one man army who scored 6 tackle points. Sombir got severely injured during training and had to miss a match. But the brave defender was back on the mat for this team with heavy bandage on his forehead. His teammates need to inspire themselves looking at Sombir.

Welcome to another exciting match at the indoor stadium in Jaipur as Dabang Delhi takes on arch-rivals Gujarat Giants. Both teams are in placed in the top 5 of the points table. Both teams had a tough match earlier in the week. Dabang Delhi will hope that Naveen returns of this crucial game.
