Telugu Titans Preview

The home team Telugu Titans who last won a match in the PKL against the UP Yoddhas are without a win in their last eight matches. They had the least success raid percentage (31%) amongst all the other teams and on defense the tackle success rate was 35%. 

Prafull Zaware, Omkar Patil impressed towards the fag end of the season 10 and as a result these two players were retained. Pawan Sherawat was the third best raider with 202 points in 21 matches, while on the defensive forefront the addition of Krishan Dhull in the right corner who has a tackle strike rate percentage of 47 in his career can be really dangerous on his day and on the left corner Ankit will look to make his mark. 

Former  PKL winner, Vijay Malik will swap in either the left or right in and he is an ankle hold specialist on average can score 5-6 raid points and mostly operates on the left end and more impactful in 6-7 defense formation. Season 6 champions Bengaluru Bulls are one of the top sides in the history of PKL coached by the best Kabaddi coaches in the world Randhir Singh Sherawat made a bold statement  after buying the record breaker Pardeep Narwal in the auction that you will see the best of Pardeep and can expect over 200 points this season. Pardeep scored 8 points in 16 minutes the last time he played against the Telugu Titans. He mostly targets the left cover which is bit leaky for the Titans and can also draw in the left corner. 

In the raiding department Sushil, Jai Bhagwan, Akshit Dhull are the other top raiders who on average can give 6-8 points per game. On the defensive end Saurabh Nandal holds the key on the right corner and mostly he motors the defensive lineup. With the release of Aman from the left corner, Aditya Pawar will take his place and get the first start of the season.  

One of the quickest raiders who has been a nightmare for the the Telugu Titans defense Ajinkya Pawar will hold the key at the right in position with his surprise ankle holds could be vital in this game. P Subramaniam and Parteek are the right and left cover defenders.
