A new-look Telugu Titans team is set to take the mat in season 12. They have parted ways with their dynamic skipper, Pawan Sehrawat, and have made some valuable acquisitions. These include Bharat Hooda, who scored 102 raid points for the UP Yoddhas and is now a Titan. 

He strengthens the Titans' raiding unit, which already boasts Vijay Malik and Ashish Narwal. Another key signing is the young all-rounder Jai Bhagwan, who had an ordinary 2024 season with the Bengaluru Bulls.

On the defensive end, the Titans have two new, aggressive corner defenders in Shubham Shinde and Aman. They have also retained their cover combination of Sagar and Ajit Pawar, who performed exceptionally well for them last season. With these changes, this Telugu Titans lineup appears more lethal and balanced than last season.

After a disappointing 2024 season, the Tamil Thalaivas have made significant changes to their roster, bringing in two of the best raiders in the Pro Kabaddi League: Arjun Deshwal and Pawan Sehrawat. 

With Narender Khandola already on the team and Moein Shafaghi and Vishal Chahal on the bench, the Thalaivas have a formidable raiding unit. On the defensive end, Sagar Rathee will continue to lead the charge, but he will have a new corner combination, with either Himanshu or Rohit Beniwal taking the right cover spot. 

In the cover region, Aashish and Anuj Gawade are the primary candidates for a chain hold. Moein Shafghai could also swap places with either of this cover defenders to make it work based on the combination.
