UP Yodha enters this game with more problems than solutions. Dubki King Pardeep Narwal and Surender Gill were trapped easily in their last game and spent most of the time off the mat. Yodha known for its smart defense faltered consistently as they earned just 11 tackle points in the match. They tried to slow down the pace of the game with empty raids and playing on the DoD. It worked for them till the end of the first half as they got some breathing space. But without raiding income, the Yodha had to live a frugal life on the mat.

It is high time that Pardeep Narwal reinvents himself so as to survive in the new season. With over 1300 raid points in his PKL career, Pardeep is at a crossroads. Opposition teams have decoded him completely as he struggles to escape from their clutches. He will have to get back his agility and add new moves to his reputation. 

UP Yodha had a blip of the season against U Mumba, but they seem to have exposed their weakness. None of their raiders could cross the 5 raid points mark which is a serious issue. They were with less than 5 players on the mat for most of the match. U P Yodha needs to sort out issues and reboot themselves before they take on Dabang Delhi. 

They can feel comfortable with the fact that they have an impressive head-to-head record against the defending champions. Yodha has won 5 out of their previous 7 encounters. 

Defenders Sumit, Nitesh, and Ashu Singh need to combine well, reduce advanced tackles and trap sharply.

Dabang Delhi K.C. Preview

Dabang Delhi looks sorted with two victories this season. Naveen Express is on time while the other young raiders are taking their chances. Naveen has earned 28 raid points in 2 games with consecutive Super 10’s. Raider Manjeet was impressive with a Super 10 against the Gujarat Fortune Giants. He was acrobatic, quick, and innovative in his raids. 

Dabang Delhi was cautious in the first half against the Fortune Giants but post the break they went berserk. This was primarily due to the efficient hunting of Naveen and Manjeet. Raider Ashu Malik provided some extravagant moments too. 

Left corner Sandeep Dhull who is usually a smart operator missed quite a few opportunities due to advanced tackles. He seemed a bit impatient in the match and Sandeep will need to get back to his cool and calm operating pattern.

Defenders Ravi Kumar, Vishal, and Krishnan Dhull displayed classical hunting skills as they trapped the opposition raiders with blocks, hip holds and ankle holds. The defending champions do have an impressive track record against the UP Yodha. But Dabang looks like a settled unit as compared to the Yodha this season. 

Dabang Delhi already has an impressive score difference of 34 in just 2 games. They also have the options of Amit Hooda and Vinay Kumar for the left corner position where Sandeep Dhull operates currently. Dabang Delhi looks much better prepared than their opponents on the mat.

UP Yodha has been pushed back a little after their unexpected loss to U Mumba. But they have themselves to blame for the mess. Pardeep Narwal and Surender Gill have to reboot and come up with unconventional ways to escape consistently. They will have a tough time negotiating the Dabang defense. 

UP will also have to improve its earnings through bonus points.

Dabang Delhi is in great form and rhythm. Naveen Express is rushing through while raiders Ashu Malik and Manjeet have found their rhythm at the right time. Dabang defense is impregnable unless they concede points due to unforced errors. Right corner Krishnan Dhull and defender Ravi Kumar will play an important role against the UP Yodha.
